Morning routine: Try to wake up between 4:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. because this time has superpower given by nature.  When you wake up on morning try to wake up slowly, because after 7 to 8 hours of sleep our body position is in rest position, so suddenly moving up your body can slightly affect on nerves.
