Sometimes hidden talent come out when we  convert our hobbies into passion.  This world could not get their ideal as dancer, artist, actor, chef, sportsman, singer, cricketer, comedian, author etc. until that persons recognised that they are hobbies can give an artistic personality to the word.  Why hobbies place an important role in our life:- Doing things what you like, give mental peace and balance the stress level. Sometimes hobbies enhance our hidden passion.  Wasting of unnecessary time can managed by following your hobbies.  This world has millions of hobbies but let's pay attention on some influential/common easier types of hobbies- Dancing- Most   of the people like dancing now-a-days. Daily mental health routine for peaceful day

 "Routine which positively complete your day. Routine that gives you peace and recharge your body".

  • Morning routine:


  1. Try to wake up between 4:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. because this time has superpower given by nature. 
  2. When you wake up on morning try to wake up slowly, because after 7 to 8 hours of sleep our body position is in rest position, so suddenly moving up your body can slightly affect on nerves.
  3. After refreshing yourself do some cardiac exercise. After that sit in peaceful environment & do meditation it can be on easy way such as focusing on your breath in and breath out. It literally works for peaceful mind.
  4. Start your day with green tea, it works as a refreshing agent. Green tea has antioxidants, which is really grateful for mood swings.
  5. Take breakfast rich in Omega 3 acids nuts like walnut, dates, pistachio.Try to take less oil breakfast.
  • Afternoon routine: 
  1. Eat healthy lunch rich in magnesium, zinc, vitamin B6, B12 etc. 
  2. If you are working on screen, try to take break in every 20 minute. 
  3. If you are facing heavy work load then deep breath. Because our brain is also want to take rest. 



  • Evening routine: 
  1. For a healthy brain, it's very important to run/walk. So you must try to go outside like park or any roadside area to walk.
  2. You can do some activities which makes you feel happy/calm such as cycling, playing etc.
  3. The best therapy is, listening choice full music, it releases good chemicals in our mind to get calm.
  4. Sometimes when we do something for others, it gives us happiness, which is really good for a better mindset.


  • Night routine: 
  1. In night time you can do tasks related to household. It keep you busy that's why your brain will be work practically.
  2. Take dinner between 7 to 9.30 pm maximum. Add oats, multigrain chapati & less spicy curry into your dinner.
  3. Before 1 hr to sleep, take turmeric- cardamom milk, it helps in proper brain functioning.
  4. Read any kind of book of your choice. Make task for next day & the most important thing is that keep your phone side before 1 hr to sleep.


Avoid smoking, taking alcohol because that's all affect our brain silently.

At last it's very important to stay away from negetive thoughts, it create anxiety, memory loss & illusions.
"Our brain is a precious gift from God"
Don't waste it for what which are not in control.
