  • On evening time you can take nuts in place of packed & fast food because nuts are rich in zinc, potassium, iron, selenium & many more nutrients.
  • On dinner we should take green vegetables multigrain chapatis. We should also take a glass of milk after 2 hr of dinner because milk are rich in calcium which makes our bone stronger. 

These are very simple & easy way to know & keep in balance your nutrition. Always try to take the food/ meal which have sources of nutrients.
