Daily mental health routine for peaceful day

Morning routine: Try to wake up between 4:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. because this time has superpower given by nature.  When you wake up on morning try to wake up slowly, because after 7 to 8 hours of sleep our body position is in rest position, so suddenly moving up your body can slightly affect on nerves. After refreshing yourself do some cardiac exercise. After that sit in peaceful environment & do meditation it can be on easy way such as focusing on your breath in and breath out. It literally works for peaceful mind. Start your day with green tea, it works as a refreshing agent. Green tea has antioxidants, which is really grateful for mood swings. Take breakfast rich in Omega 3 acids nuts like walnut, dates, pistachio.Try to take less oil breakfast.
