 As we all know nutrition play an important role in our life, due to lack of nutrition no one can become healthier as want, but today's generation is avoiding it in indirect way because their choices that is fast food, junk food etc. So let's see how nutrition can get managed in simple way: Start your day with a glass of water it keeps your body hydrate.  On breakfast we should take sprouts because these are highly rich in protein, we should also add fruits or juice because fruits contains vitamins & minerals. Poha, idli are also a good option because they are rich in fiber & iron. On lunch, we should take green leafy vegetables because it provide iron & many more vitamins, salads, multigrain chapatis because it contains magnesium, buttermilk because it contains lactic acid which are an good for health.
